A Little Sydney trip....

Yesturday My lovely Hubby and My Daughter's Juliet and Beth headed up on the Train to enjoy a day in Sydney! It was truely perfect Weather, and even though our intentions were to go and see the Harry potter Exhibition (this being postponed til next w/e due to forgetting to book...oops), we still had a lovely time wandering around Darling Harbour, enjoying coffee, hot chocolate and delicous macaroons and the new play area with giant slide, flying fox and water play!

Because Olivia was swamped in homework she didn't come along....but we've now booked in for ALL of us to see the Harry Potter Ehitbiton next Sunday...F-U-N xxxxx

Oh My! How our Girls have grown...

I've been feeling a little nostalgic of late, thinking of my daughters when they were younger....so sweet!!! They're still sweet(most of the time) but much bigger now. Olivia is quite a bit taller than me, and Juliet has just reached my height! I better watch out 'cos Beth is on her way too!

These three Daughters are gorgeous, talented, funny, inspiring, generous, crazy, fun, studious, creative, imaginative, clever, sneaky, cheeky.........

Five Things I Love.....

So many things to love again!!! I am a little late on a Monday....And what a gorgeous Monday it is!!! Sunny at last, even if it's only here for a day, it's SUPER LoVelY....

My Mobile Phone purse......I LOVE it cos I made it with vintage fabric and a  little bit of doily....it's the perfect size for phone, lip closses, ikea pencils and coin!!!!

Juliet turned 12 last week....

My beautiful Daughter Juliet Celebrated her 12th Birthday last Thursday....In the morning she opened Her presents with delight, and My eldest made pancakes for everyone to share before we all went off into our days....Juliet had a lovely day with well wishes from her friends at School.....Then on Saturday she celebrated again at a local Cafe near the Beach with her friends, although it was far from beach weather.....but the girls didn't seem to mind! They had a great time eating lunch and cupcakes, then heading to the playground in the drizzling rain....It was gorgeous!!!

Around My House...

The other day I decided to take a few snaps around my house....we've slowed down on the reno front(mainly cos most of it's done) so it was nice to observe the sweet things I'm really enjoying about our house right now!!

I especially love the cutlery i've been collecting for the dining room Buffet, it's such an easy and cheap thifting find! I've found some at Vinnies and Salvos, some my mum gave to me and a few from the Markets!

We've been doing alot of bike rides to the beach on the sunny days here and there, and I'm so happy we have all these lovely bikes to ride! So lovely to have a swim at the beach or sea pool and ride home.....

I've also had my first camelias of the season...so pretty, and a sign that Autumn is here
